The Zupanja plant in Croatia, focused on the production of combine harvesters, is supported by a highly specialised workforce.
Significant investments were recently made in the production machinery, starting from the electrocoating line, laser cutting machines, and optimisation of welding processes. These outlays, supported by the introduction of new criteria in terms of work organisation and a revised management of logistics, are at the basis of the pronounced growth recorded for the plant's production output year on year, which is accompanied by a parallel increase in productivity.
